TERMS OF SERVICE

By adding Software Updates to your server, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept the Terms. You are also responsible for informing the members in your server about the Terms.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not authorized to use or add Software Updates to any of your servers.

You are strictly prohibited to use Software Updates against the Discord ToS or for illegal purposes.

Software Updates

• Software Updates is a bot that pushes notifications to Discord servers when a new Apple OS (iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, macOS) update is available.
• The information provided by Software Updates is only for informational purposes. You agree that you will only use Software Updates for its intended purposes and not for other intentions without approval from the bot owner.

Availability

• Software Updates is provided as-is. There are no guarantees that it will be available in the future, and its purpose or availability may be changed at any time.
• Server setup data may be deleted at any time and is non-transferable.
• Access to Software Updates may be revoked for all or a specific server at any time.

Data Collection

• Software Updates saves your servers’ data (server and channel IDs by default) and your servers’ roles (optional) to work properly.

Terms of Service Changes

• Software Updates reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
